RED/GREEN COASTERS

The idea stemmed from a visit to a Brazilian steakhouse. It’s a simple tool to let the “meat skewer” servers know when the customer would like to be served more, and when the customer is fine with what they have on their plate.

HOW THEY WORK

The coaster is a communication tool used between servers to let others know when to serve a drink and when to discreetly “cut someone off”.

One side of the coaster showcases a green ABCD logo. When the GREEN side is flipped up, the customer is in a good place for you to serve them drinks.

The other side however has a red Alcohol Responsibility Matters logo. When the RED side is flipped up, this may help bartenders/servers with the decision to stop serving the customer and start offering water, NA options, food, etc.

These “Stop-or-Serve” coasters take the guesswork out of serving intoxicated customers, especially at shift changes and when there are multiple servers.

  • This simple, discreet tool can provide both support to your staff and great responsible alcoholic beverage service to your customers.
  • Made from a durable natural pulp board, the coasters will help protect tabletops and bar tops from drips and unsightly water rings resulting from glass condensation.
  • Perfect for use underneath cans, bottles, wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and any other beverageware.
